Wednesday's Suck

Okay so on Wednesday I decided to make this soft taco bake for a nice supper for me and Lesley, so I prepared it and everything and all I could find to cook it in was this round roaster my gramma gave me. I did ask Lesley to pick me up a cheap pie plate on his way home and he didn't even know what it was.... so I got it all ready and everything. I go to put it in the oven and way to go pox I ended up burning both thiumbs because the shelf was moved up so high! The one side isn't bad, only a little first degree, but the other has a big second degree burn about the size of a quater! It would be so bad if I accidently skinned it on my purse tearing it open!!!
Then to make my night worse I was hanging out watching TV with Lesley and started to crave some cereal. So I get up to go get some and as soon as I leave our room and close the door I trip over some freaking exersaucer that Les's uncle had given us for the baby. I like do some contorted twist thing causing me to stretch my belly out really bad and land on my right side. I get up shocked and injured and I just started crying uncontrollably (from both the pain and the fear). Les gets all worried wwants to take me to the hospital but I refused and laid on the bathroom floor for about an hour, until I finally felt baby move. Baby wasn't moving properlly though, like really light and definitely not as much as before, so obviously I'm starting to get freaked out. Les keeps on pestering me to go to the hospital and I kept refusing until I saw pink and knew I had to. It's not because I didn't think it was important enough before that, its just because I didn't want his mom to get mad because she would have to drive herself to work and what not. But after I saw the pink we drove her to work and then went to the hospital. The doctor put me on a like 6 hour stress test and did an exam. They determined that I wasn't bleeding and that everything looked ok, so I was finally released. My belly is still sore and I get sharp pains in it but oh well I guess as long as baby is ok I'm happy. That just scared me to the max. I mainly just thought it was ridiculous how I haven't slipped once since I have been pregnant, yet I fall on my belly in my own apartment! God I really need to get my storage figured out!!!

Week 32 (63 Days to go!!!)

You have 8 Weeks, 6 Days to go!
Your due date is April 24, 2009.
Your baby weighs about 4 pounds and is about fifteen to seventeen inches tall. Photographs of babies in utero at this stage show their skin becoming less translucent and pinker, as layers of fat are deposited under the skin. Her skeleton is rapidly ossifying (turning from cartilage into solid bone), which means that kicks will become visible through your shirt as the trimester progresses. Well-placed kicks under your ribs can take your breath away!

Once upon a Hamster

Okay when I was younger, probably around 1997/1998 (I could be wrong but somewhere in that time line) there was a show on TV, YTV think, that was called Once Upon a Hampster. It featured real life animals living together with random little things happen, like any kids show I guess. And there was one orange hampster, Hammy, and white one, a turtle, I think a duck, and a Guinea Pig Named GP. I used to watch it every morning before school with my sister and I loved it and all of these years I have remembered it and actually that is the reaso that I have always wanted a guinea pig. To my recollection he was an abby or peruvian i think with white hair and brown splotches with some black and he was the nut of the show. He would ride a jeep or hot air balloo and I remember when he was driving they would always say "GP GP watch out for that Tree!" cuz he was crazy and wouldn't look where he was going and wear a little yellow helmet.... I'm just wondering if anyone has any idea of what I am talking about??? LOL i must sound nuts but that is my whole reason I have always wanted a guinea pig, i know that sounds silly but I just loved them after that lol

Week 31 (Only 70 Days Left!!!)

You have 10 Weeks, 0 Days to go!
Your due date is April 24, 2009.
You baby weighs between 2 1/2 and 3 1/2 pounds. She continues to gain weight at a faster pace than she lengthens, which will give her those cute chubby cheeks. She's about fourteen to sixteen inches tall, although individual growth rates vary. Your baby begins to run out of room as she puts on weight. You should feel about ten kicks an hour. Some care providers suggest keeping a "kick chart" by writing down how many kicks you feel in an hour, so that you are aware if there's a decrease in activity. Other care providers may advise that as long as it feels like the baby's active, there's no need to keep notes. If you do sense a decrease in activity, try drinking a large glass of juice. If that doesn't make the baby energized, or makes her less energized than she usually would be, call your care provider.

My babies

Since I found my camera
I decided to take some more pictures of my babies
just because I love them
and decided I wanted to share their beauty with the world
so enjoy :)

Week 30 (77 Days Left!!!!)

You have 11 Weeks, 0 Days to go!
Your due date is April 24, 2009.
You baby's length is about 16 inches—about as long as a laptop computer—and she measures almost 11 inches from crown to rump. She weighs approximately 2 1/2 to 3 pounds. From now until delivery, every baby will gain weight at a more individual rate. Your baby has doubled in height over the past six weeks, and from now until delivery, she'll gain only a few more inches in length. Don't worry if she's in a strange position (what your care provider might call a "transverse lie"). There's still plenty of time for her to get settled into the head-down (cephalic) position for birth. She's floating in about 1 1/2 pints of amniotic fluid and has some room to move. Your baby's most important organ, her brain, continues to develop at a rapid pace. Her eyes are able to track light, and some researchers have theorized that exposing your belly to light may stimulate development. Try moving the beam of a flashlight slowly over your belly in a dim room, and see if she reacts.

Europe Part 12 (The Pox Experience)

Though some may find me posting this many pictures of myself a little bit concieted
I really am not
I just wanted to show the many different dimensions of Pox
in all of her glory
I have a wide range of emotions
which come out in my off the wall random personality
I am an idigo child
I think That should cover it

Europe Part 11 (Dollface and Pox)

This is Dollface
My sister
she came to Europe with me
surprisingly one of the few people
who would actually hate it
I think its because she could see her Travis for 16 days
boo hoo
oh well
we had some fun times
though she was a party pooper for alot of it
we will still have our memories
